Please note: We advise you to isolate your unit at electrics and water if possible.
Gillman Group Services operate the following payment terms and booking procedures.
- Parts will be charged at R.R.P
- The last appointment will be 3.30pm Mon - Fri
- A call out charge of £110.00 inc VAT is applicable if the unit is not covered by the manufactures 2 year warranty (please read terms of warranty shown below)
- We do not operate a weekend or after hours service.
- Debit/Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking an appointment.
- The engineer with visit the property and carry out the necessary repairs etc and a request a signature for works carried out or parts supplied.
- The paperwork is then returned to the office and the charges are debited from the card details provided within 3 to 5 working days.
- A VAT invoice is then produced and forwarded with the visa receipt to address specified.
- Appointments will not be accepted without current debit or credit card details being produced.
SANIFLO 2 YEAR WARANTY TERMS
The Saniflo two year warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover incorrect installation, blocked or frozen pipe work or misuse (see usage section in installation instructions) A Saniflo unit requires periodic cleaning/descaling (see installation instructions) Problems relating from omitting this are not covered by the warranty. Excess charges due to inaccessibility of the unit are to be paid by the customer.
